Braille is a special kind of script or writing system used by the blind and the visually impaired. It uses raised plastic dots imprinted into the material used, which dots the person reads by touch.
Our company produces self-adhesive labels, tags, leaflet labels with Braille or warning signs for the blind. At its minimum, Braille is 0.25mm high whereas special technology of production (layering lacquer in dots) provides Braille with outstanding durability and long life.

By December 2011, EPRIN spol.s r. o. completed an installation within Kraft Foods Slovakia, a. s. The object of the delivery was a system of automated labelling of MILKA boxes of chocolates which is done by a labelling device fitted with two applicators Collamat 7610/R, two applicators Collamat 7610/L, and a special roller conveyor for rotating products by ninety degrees.
The device is designed for labelling I LOVE MILKA boxes of chocolates in the shape of a heart and a daisy.
The device is operated by a single person whose task is also to exchange consumer material.
Other staff take the products at the output part of the labelling device and pack them away in group packaging – cartons.

...10.10.2011 Carbon tapes - Analysing our most demanded
In partnership with Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno and during the first half of the year 2011, we carried out an analysis of our most demanded and most used carbon tapes, Economic 232 and Economic 231 (wax carbon tapes). The analysis was focused on the content of dangerous agents in them. Following the results, we found out the tapes to contain cadmium and molybdenum elements below the limits of measurability. Next carbon-tape analysis, carried out to determine the amount of quicksilver, is due within the second half of 2011. You will surely be informed.
We hereby declare our carbon tapes not to contain any dangerous agents. As waste, they are classified as “Waste printing toner” listed in the catalogue of waste under the serial number 80318.

Once, our sales department obtained a very interesting demand. Our long-standing customer turned at us. Several years before that, we had supplied him with a mechanical application system with self-sealing labels to be put on bottles. It had been a routine assignment then. This time, it was a label application too, but in a completely different way from what we had solved so far. The customer demanded printing and application of two labels onto a cardboard folder at an instant.

20.6.2011 Case study - Labelling of returnable containers
In May this year, EPRIN Ltd. finished an installation in CORMEN Ltd.
The subject of the delivery was a system of automated container labelling within production, in which a labelling device and software that records the container volume, EWA II, were exploited.
The system introduced an automated recording into the process of filling returnable containers and it was subsequently used in container-volume record. The aim of the whole project was to label and record returnable containers automatically as well as to follow their content, state of being, current presence, number, and the kind of returnable containers at individual customers.
