The EZP 810/8 model is designed for applying A5-sized labels (148 x 210 mm) with maximum precision, even in the most challenging industrial environments. Its compact and durable aluminum construction houses a pallet applicator equipped with a thermal transfer printer and a unique application piston with a 90° bend, enabling label application on both sides of a product or pallet without unnecessary rotation on the turntable. This is achieved through an application head with an integrated barcode scanner for data verification, a communication and control display, and perfect security of the thermal transfer printer and 8th generation application mechanism. The pallet applicator can be connected to a wide range of databases and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and MES. Upon request, the applicator can be equipped with an internal heating system for operation in cold or outdoor environments. We can meet demanding requirements thanks to our innovative approach and unique development over several years. The equipment is always tailored to exact customer specifications.
