Efficient and cost-effective solution for automatic pallet labelling

EPA is an economical pallet labelling system designed for reliable and precise application of logistics labels. It is ideal for operations where low investment, easy integration, and stable performance are key.

Key Benefits

  • Low initial investment (ECO solution)

  • Reliable application of 2× A5 labels (GS1 standard)

  • Customizable design (developed by EPRIN)

  • Easy integration into existing production lines

  • Automatic label verification (barcode control)

  • Simple operation and maintenance

How It Works

  • Labels are applied to the corner of the pallet (front + side)

  • The process requires two stops of the pallet

  • Pallet movement is controlled by the customer’s conveyor system

  • Integrated system handles printing, application, and verification

Labelling workstation ARP

Labelling workstation ARP
Automated Pallet Labeling with Maximum Precision. The EPRIN Robotic Application Workstation (ARP) is a fully automated solution designed for printing, applying, and verifying logistics labels on pallets in manufacturing and logistics environments. The robotic workstation ensures automatic label printing, precise application, and verification of label readability within a single process. Thanks to the FANUC robotic arm, labels can be applied to multiple sides of a pallet, including corner positions, while maintaining high precision and repeatability. The system is designed for continuous industrial operation and allows seamless integration with production lines as well as higher-level production management systems such as MES and ERP. By utilizing components from leading global manufacturers such as FANUC, SATO, Zebra, Keyence, and Siemens, the solution offers high reliability, long service life, and readiness for future expansion.   Key Benefits. Full Process Automation Automatic printing, application, and verification of labels without operator intervention. This reduces human error and increases the efficiency of logistics processes. Flexible Label Application The robotic arm with a reach of up to 1.4 m enables label application on most areas of EUR pallets, including corner positions. High Precision The FANUC robot combined with Keyence sensors ensures precise label placement even when pallet dimensions vary. Label Verification After application, labels are automatically verified using an industrial scanner that checks the readability of barcodes (e.g., SSCC codes). Seamless Integration The system can be easily integrated into production lines using Siemens PLC and Profinet communication. Industrial Durability A robust mechanical design and optional dust protection allow operation even in demanding industrial environments. Expandability The open architecture enables integration of additional technologies such as RFID encoding and verification or additional applicators.

Pallet labeler SCARA

Pallet labeler SCARA
A robotic label applicator is an automated workstation designed for precise and reliable application of logistics labels onto pallets directly on the conveyor line. The solution uses a FANUC SCARA robotic arm equipped with an applicator head and an industrial label printer, enabling printing and label application in a single process. The system allows labels to be applied to multiple sides of the pallet according to GS1 standards and ensures subsequent verification using a barcode scanner. Thanks to the robotic solution, high application accuracy, reliable operation, and easy integration into production or logistics lines can be achieved. The workstation is designed with the possibility of expansion by adding another applicator in a master–slave configuration, allowing an increase in line capacity or adaptation to future changes in the production process. Key benefits of the solution. automatic application of logistics labels on pallets precise label placement according to GS1 standards barcode verification after label application high performance for production and logistics lines possibility to expand the system with an additional applicator Typical applications. production lines logistics and distribution centers automated packaging lines pallet labeling before shipment
