RFID system makes it possible to automate the car distribution process from the car final assembly until it arrives at the dealer. Confidex Car Distribution Label™ is an UHF RFID label designed to be attached to car window and used in existing automated applicator and RFID printer setups. Label's materials ensure durability in varying weather conditions but also ensures clean removal when needed - label's adhesive leaves no residuals on the car window after it's removed. Confidex Car Distribution Label™ is readable with gate reader setups and can be encoded and printed on site with vehicle identification number, car manufacturing and distribution details. Confidex Carrier Pro™ is special label for various plastic container types from crates to plastic dollies. The structure of the tag is designed to resist typical washing processes which RPC (returnable plastic containers) will be facing during their lifecycle. Additionally, Carrier Pro has white thermal transfer printable face for visualizing the tag's EPC code or other data. Carrier Pro is delivered in reel format and it can be encoded and printed with typical RFID printers that are capable of printing labels with small separation.

Confidex Heatwave Flag™ is a specific passive UHF RFID tag which is permanently mounted on the chassis of the car being manufactured at the beginning of the process, and reliably identified at various points in the manufacturing process. The tag is capable of withstanding high temperatures and harsh conditions throughout the production process - from the welding and paint shop to the point of final assembly. After leaving the welding shop, car bodies proceed to the paint line – the most demanding environment for the tags used. On the paint line the car is put through an electrolyte bath for corrosion prevention, followed by several layers of paint and a series of high temperature drying ovens. Under these conditions, it is critical that the RFID tag’s performance does not degrade and that it retains its readability and reliability. The Heatwave Flag tag can be left on the vehicle, eliminating the need for collecting, cleaning and testing the used tags. By encoding the vehicle ID number on the tag, the solution can also be used in outbound logistics to simplify distribution of the finished cars. Confidex Heatwave Flag™ is available on project basis.
