The direct part marks used in industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, defense and aerospace are hard for many scanners to read. Not so for the tough Granit™: 1920i industrial scanner. Part of the durable Granit family, the Granit 1920i scanner captures virtually any direct part mark with ease, along with standard barcodes on printed labels. The Honeywell specialized DPM decoder assures high and accurate reading yields on dif cult direct part marks.An innovative multi-illumination system enables scanning of virtually any type of direct part mark –: regardless of size, surface, marking method or contrast.A laser-spot aimer, omnidirectional scanning and features such as automatic cycling through multiple illumination modes make it easy for operators to target and use the scanner. DS22xx Imagers are reliable scanners from a lower price group. They are available in two versions, as a corded scanner (DS2208) or a cordless scanner (DS2278).These imagers are designed primarily for lighter operations, shops and offices.   The scanners are also suitable if you need to read barcodes directly from the display of mobile devices.With their low weight and small dimensions, they will fit exactly in your hand and will not tire you.   Corded DS2208 weighs less than 162g. The cordless version is a bit heavier thanks to the powerful battery used, it weighs 214g.The battery can keep the scanner running outside the charging base for up to 84 hours at normal load (reading 10 barcodes in 10s and then a 50s pause).

The Granit™ 1980i industrial scanner features full-range area-imaging technology capable of reading both 1D and 2D barcodes from six inches (15 cm) to over 50 feet (15 meters).
