Black wax/resin thermal transfer ribbons are specially intended for devices with Near Edge print head.

Specifically designed to run on thermal transfer printers with near edge printheads, these wax/resin ribbons provide consistent print quality, and clean dot edges for bar codes that are dark, dense and readable on a wide range of media at high print speeds.  Wax/resin ribbons offer outstanding performance and superior durability, especially in high speed applications like flexible film and print and apply applications.

Wax/resin ribbon is specifically designed to work with near edge technology printers in high volume labeling applications.
